Is this AI?
We use AI tools to work faster. Every page is checked and finished by hand, built from your own photos and words. You review the result and ask for changes before you pay.
Where are you based?
We are a small remote studio based in Malaysia. We work with owner-run tourism businesses in Australia and the US, mostly by email, so you can reply around your working day.
Do I keep my booking system?
Yes. We keep your existing booking system and booking links as they are. We make the way into them easier to find, then check that the links work on your new site.
Will my email change?
No. Your email address and email service stay as they are. We keep your existing email records in place when putting the new website live.
Who owns it?
You do. Your domain, hosting, website files and content stay yours. We give you the files and access to the simple admin page, so you are not tied to us.
What if I don't like it?
You don't pay. You can ask for changes during the preview. We only put the site live with your go-ahead, and you only pay once it is live and you are happy with it.
Can I lock you out?
Yes, any time. You invite us as a separate user on your hosting or admin account and can remove that access whenever you want. Never send us your password.
What about Google?
We keep your existing page titles and links so Google can keep finding you. If a page address needs to change, we set up a redirect. We check that the new pages are indexable and include a sitemap. Rankings are not guaranteed.
Is it just the homepage?
No. We rebuild your whole existing site in the new style, including your other pages. We agree the page list with you before starting.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. A simple admin page lets you change photos and text yourself. We show you how to use it. Small changes are also free for the first year after launch, after that, quoted before any work.
Are there monthly fees?
There are no monthly fees from Backrow Method and no marketing packages. You continue paying your own domain, hosting and booking provider costs as usual.
How long will it take?
After looking at your current site and page list, we agree a timeline with you. The timing depends on the number of pages, your photos, access and how quickly you can review the preview.
What counts as a small change?
A text correction, a photo swap or an update to an existing link. New features and whole new pages after launch cost extra. We quote those first, so you can decide before any paid work starts.
